"This review is for the 2 Queen River View Room. Compared with the 2 Queen Deluxe room, which I had before, the 2 Queen River View Room had a larger bathroom, full-height closet (important for hanging dresses/long garments), luggage rack without asking, 2 bathrobes (instead of 2), 2 facial masks, and a vanity amenities box (cotton balls & swabs, makeup-removing wipes).
Beds were good; Wi-Fi worked; room temp adjustable. Lots of storage/drawer space and furniture surfaces. Good bedside charging ports, electric kettle, coffee machine, and fabric steamer. The JBL Bluetooth speaker was superb.
The lobby is not huge but functional and comfortable. Krave Station offers coffee drinks and water (but no bottled water). “Mid-day snacks” are advertised, but despite multiple passes (including once at likely snack time), I never encountered any.
The restaurant (10% guest discount) served great pancakes—tall and spongy, with a distinctive and delicious syrup made with perilla oil added before caramelization. Service was friendly and knowledgeable; my companion also had excellent personalized service at the bar.
Drawbacks: one of the 2 elevators was out of service throughout my stay, causing long waits; no slippers; no bottled water; advertised cozy socks only available upon request; no streaming apps on TV; Chromecast worked after maintenance fixed an unplugged cable; bathroom needs more hooks/towel bars; detachable shower head would be nicer.
