「The online reviews and the accuracy of what was advertise pretty spot on. Well stocked, I underestimated the towels provided part lol. We were able to extend our stay since lucky for is there was availability to extend the stay. So cozy, pictures doesn’t really do justice, but the atmosphere was amazing. 「If you are looking for a home that will fit a group of 8, look no further. This home was just the right size for our group of six adults and two children (9 yr olds). Two of the rooms had king beds and the other two were queen beds. Couches were really comfortable and cozy. The washer and dryer was a life saver! We came to New York to visit a Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick for some tours. Overall, I highly recommend this place.」

「Over the top gorgeous home, well appointed and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Each bedroom had its own luxurious bathroom. Outdoor deck as well as a screened in deck. Amazing kitchen in an open setting so it’s ideal for group socializing. Would definitely stay again.」

「The house and property were beautiful! It was well appointed and supplied all necessities plus. The cabana and the extras like floating devices were great to have. We swam in the water and used the canoes. The basement was LOADED with fun games that everyone participated in. They even had a kids area, including toys for infants!! Communications with the host were very responsive. We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this property!!!」

「The whole backyard area was peaceful and beautiful. We were not able to actually enjoy it because we had previous plans. Next visit to the Watchtower Educational Center we will definitely plan to spend time in the beautiful back yard. 」

「The house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 young children. We had plenty of space and the rooms worked out perfectly. My 4 year old grandson absolutely loved the backyard with the playscape and especially the zipline. We loved taking a walk near the water and going to Squantz Pond. We had a wonderful time and if we ever need a place to stay in that area, we would definitely stay there again.」
