“Very nice property. And very clean, which is always appreciated. Also, both bedrooms ((each with their own bathroom)) were located on the main level. So not having to drag your luggage up a flight to get unpacked is A BIG PLUS. Unit is very nicely appointed with everything you need and might forget. ((For us, that was umbrellas.)). Yeah, pool floaties, snorkeling gear and flippers….. on and on. If you have it at home, then they probably have it there. And if not sure, just Text them……

“Great location. Easy walk to shopping and dining. Appreciated the beach chairs. Little obstructed view than originally thought. Could be loud with all the street noise since we prefer the fresh air vs the air condition, but we knew what we would get. Would have liked a little more storage for our personal belongings. Kitchen and amenities were great. Parking garage was a little wonky with all the structural work going on, but we figured out how to navigate around it. Easy access in and out of……

“We had an excellent stay in this unit! The location is quiet and private and the unit is finished nicely, was stocked with practical necessities and had a great, spacious layout. It was our understanding some other units in this complex were sub par; however, our unit was great! The private beach with views, the community bbq/patio area, along with the two pools were additional important factors with our decision to stay here. Our host was also accommodating for us. I highly recommend staying……

“This property is located at a very convenient location just minutes from downtown Kona, but quiet. Can hear the soothing tidal waves but not too loud. The interior is slightly outdated but clean and functional. It's perfect for a couple to spend some quality time. The whole complex is well managed and ground crew/staff was friendly. However, they do pest control on a quarterly basis and they would spread some kind of chemical inside the house. This would affect your plan. I was also not sure if……

“View from room was amazing. they had everything you could need from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, beach towels, snorkleing gear and more. we had 4 people and we used the murphy bed and the fold out couch. we needed to rearrange the furniture to make it work but it worked. Loved being so close to town and within walking distance to restaurants and bars.”

“The kitchen needed more than 2 small towels so we just went to Goodwill and bought a couple, no big deal. The stack washer and dryer has seen its better days. The handle on the dryer was broke off when we arrived but we worked with it. The washer does not want to stop when it is in the spin mode. The bed needs to be replaced for sure, other wise it was very nice. Jeff ”
