Welcome to Villa Achilles! This location is under new ownership and waiting to make your trip to Greece memorable and enjoyable! Perched on the mountain side with beautiful vistas of the Sea of Myrtoon, this comfortable, spacious and well equipped home is waiting for you. Enjoy Kissakas beach just a few minutes walk, climbing, hiking, biking, touring traditional seaside and mountain villages and feasting on the local foods. Situated between picturesque Leonidio and Tyros.

ABOUT US:

My name is Achilles and I live in Calgary, Canada and along with my 3 children, have made Greece our favorite vacation destination. We bought this seaside home in 2022 and have made it our vacation home and hope to make it your favorite spot in coastal Arkadia. Whether you are returning guest or new to the area, welcome to Villa Achilles.

We have begun to make upgrades to our home and more to come. As Villa Achilles is our family's vacation home too, we want to make it not only comfortable for us but for all our visitors.

Upgraded and updated items include: air condition units in all rooms, pots/pans, coffee maker, utensils and cutlery, washing machine, bedding sheets, pillows and covers, smart-enabled TV with console, sofas coverings with pillows, outside furniture.

Wifi bandwidth is the best Cosmote can offer.


OUTSIDE SPACE:

As you enter Villa Achilles though the gate, you will encounter a quaint, private sitting area amongst the foliage where you can have your morning or afternoon coffee. Around the corner you enter the large terrace with table and plenty of seating; this is where you can sit and enjoy a beautiful sunrise, watch the local fishing boats in the bay or just enjoy the seaside breeze.

The entire terrace area is covered for your comfort.


MAIN LEVEL:

Entering the home, an open concept area awaits with glass windows surrounding the home allowing plenty of natural light and fresh air to flow through the house. An area with 2 couches and smart TV to the left, large kitchen table and kitchen to the right.

There is a bathroom on the main level with shower.


LOFT AREA:

The loft area has a single and double bed with a closet space. If this area is not in use, can be used to store suitcases and other baggage.


LOWER LEVEL:

The lower level has 3 bedrooms - main bedroom with a double bed. Second bedroom with 2 single beds and a large third bedroom with 3 single beds. First and second bedroom have a joining balcony. Bathroom with shower and washing machine located on lower level.

The corridor is lined with storage closets and all 3 bedrooms have air condition units.

NUMBER OF GUESTS:

Although the house can sleep more than 6 people, maximum number of guests is 6. Contact us if more than 6 guests wish to stay at the home and we can try and accommodate.


LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS AND SHORT TERM STAYS:

Currently, last minute bookings are not available online but contact us and we can hopefully work something out. If the house is ready and cleaned, we will accommodate your last minute request. We just want to make sure everything is good-to-go for our next guests.
