Beautiful area of South Lake

The location is nice if you would like to be close to Stateline. However, the condo itself did not meet our expectations and should be updated. Everything was a little run down. The one and only tub/shower in the condo and it was not draining the first day and management had to send plumber to snake it. Shower has mildew and old smelly shower curtain. No smart tv's. No AC. No ability to do laundry. Old furnishings. Old windows/screens or missing screens. Be careful on the stairs/trip hazard. Just not a well maintained condo in my opinion. The condo community was at full capacity when we were there and it was very difficult to find parking because of a water line construction project ongoing. The beach is close and walking distance but don't take your shoes off because we found several pieces of glass. The pool and spa area seemed nice but we did not use them as they were too crowded. We experienced a "heat wave" and discovered that the upstairs loft could not be cooled with the only two box fans in the house. We had to rearrange our kids sleeping setup because that was the intended space for them and the temperature was easily over 100 degrees up there in the evening. We had one night with a faulty smoke detector going off and we were able to take it to the office in the morning. I feel terrible posting a review with this much negativity but this house did not meet our expectations.

Ok Place

The place was ok and accommodated our family of 5, however, if we had a larger party, whoever got stuck in the loft would have melted. No a/c made it very uncomfortable during the day.
