Has a motel vibe and not very family friendly. The room we had a very strong odor and our toddler was able to reach for the door handle and open the door easily. For the price I expected better amenities but the location is very walkable to many locations for dinner and shopping.

The beds were horrible, they were not comfortable and every time you moved or turned, the bed squeaked. Restaurant was not very good either, food was bad! Location was great though, because it's near everything. And they are pet friendly, which was the biggest plus.

Overall pretty good place to stay ...could have been a little cleaner, you could tell the bathroom floors had t been scrubbed for a time...the power strip on the side of the bed was caked with dust and debris. But the staff was very nice and accommodating 🙃

No hot water because boiler broke. Took 35% off but not enough in my opinion. The carpet needs to be replaced..filthy. The breakfast was a big plus and the staff in the Tavern were awesome!!! It is my understanding that the carpet will be replaced. It was convenient to shops and gondola which was a real treat. Had a scary incident with two men probably on drugs and felt really threatened walking back to the hotel.

When I got there after reserving, I was told there wasn’t any hot water that the boiler had broke down. I was so looking forward to a hot shower as I just got done with a 8 hour ride with 3 hours of rain and hail. The front desk guy offered me a 35% refund OR to cancel completely. Apparently a refund was offered but that locked up the $$ on my credit card and I can’t use my Expedia credit which I used to help pay. I haven’t got anything saying I was refunded but it was only a few hours ago.

The stay was beyond unpleasant, from walking into the room and being hit with such a pungent smell to the mattress with a plethora of piss and poop stains and specs. Not to mention the nasty stains on the pillows, brown stains on towels, washcloths etc. Also finding multiple pieces of woman’s hair on our bedsheets and towels. The bed was also positioned in the most awkward spot, I couldn’t comfortably lay down without hanging off the bed, yet the longest part of the bed was the width. It was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable for both me and my partner. The smell is one thing, but for there to be stains on almost every hotel provided commodities. And we already had to wait past 20 minutes after check in because the rooms were not ready, and then they were finally available just to be dirty..? Then the front desk lady gave us the option of choosing between a top floor room with NO hot water or a bottom floor with hot water, at this point already being 20 minutes past check in time. Tired from our travels and the urge to use the restroom we took an option we didn’t even want yet it was extremely disgusting. On our Anniversary. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can’t tell by the visual.. that’s a spec of human fecal matter, paired up with the other bodily fluid stain.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, which I was not expecting on our arrival when we arrived. We did not get the room we were supposed to it was no hot water for the 2 days we were there The rooms are pretty old and the carpet smelled like wet carpet we had to open the doors and spray some perfume I will very stay at this place

The stinch from Applebees dumpster overwhelms you when you open your door. Charged an incidental deposit without notification. There aren’t any incidentals in the room. Returned to my room after a day of biking and hiking, with no oarking in the parking lot ( was directed to park in the back dirt parking lot). Notice on door that said no hot water ( it was late afternoon). Called next morning at 6:30 AM to inquire what the ETA was for hot water. I was told they would start working on it at 7:00 AM, when they could get the part . 24 hours without a shower(after biking and hiking) and had to leave for the airport.

The room is refreshed, but basic amenities like hooks on the walls (only one in the bathroom) haven't been considered. The hotel charges $10 for parking but doesn't provide it. By 8 p.m., there were no parking spaces left around the hotel or in the surrounding area. The hotel is close to a private beach and provides beach towels but entry to the beach costs $30 per person.

We had a great overnight stay here. Shout out to Charlie and Jenny in the office for being total professionals, excellent hosts, and overall welcoming and friendly folks. The tavern next door has some delicious burgers and great service. We couldn’t be happier. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

The Rooms were very spacious and neat. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I like that the TVs had options of choosing Netflix or other streaming services. It was at walkable distance from the casino's and restaurants and the entertainment area near the gondolas. One thing I didn't like about the room was the sliding barn door for the restroom. That doesn't give enough privacy for one. Another thing I did not like was the limited parking space for the parking lot would get full completely. However, they did have additional parking space nearby the hotel. Other than that it was great. The breakfast was really good. Better than other hotel's breakfast. Would I stay here again? Yes.
