We rented the house for a three day getaway in beautiful Tahoe with our kids and grandkids . The house was spotless, very comfortable and in a great location with easy access to the lake and heavenly ski resort. Would rent it again

Great location! 10 minutes from heavenly mountain and skiing was awesome. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Right next to lake with a view.Home had all amenities for cooking meals for 3 adults and 6 teenagers. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent location and charming unit. Steps from the lake and a park for the kids. The unit itself is a bit outdated. The WiFi didn’t work well but we didn’t mind as it forced the kids and adults to truly enjoy each others company.

Wonderful place to have a family vacation!! Booked this for a 5 day stay for my family of 11. The accommodations were perfect for our needs! Location was beautiful! Very clean and communication with the rental management company was great!

Close to the beach within walking distance to Riva Grill and boat rental area. Next to all the stores you would need for a week long vacation. The unit was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Fit our group perfect had all the kitchen utensils you would need to make a meal great view. Would definitely rent this unit again.

It made it so easy to enjoy the beach at any given moment and walk to several places nearby. Overall we had a great experience though coming from Texas, we do wished the home would have had more fans, especially in the rooms since it was rather warm making it difficult to get a good nights rest. We knew there was no AC but then fans provided (even with windows open) were not enough to cool down. We didn't have any issues with the home and when I had questions for mgmt, they responded right away.

We had a great time especially in the midst of Corona!! Enough beds for us all. Easy location especially with littles needing naps. Ceiling fans would be a welcome addition especially because of the skylights which make it too bright and sunny in summertime because IT GOT WARM inside!! Tinting or coverings on the skylights would also be a welcome addition.. Loved the patio and the beach.

My 2 sons there wives granddaughter my sister and myself celebrated my wife of 56 years passing to her new life. The weather was unbelievable. Lake was FLAT for the most part. Aurora Borealis was beautiful as seen from the Lake in front of your house. I cann't find away to seed you a picture but it was beautiful. We have 4 different time shares at South Lake so we know how blessed the weather was for us. Thank you for a well kept place on the lake. Doug PS wall plugs are hard to keep plugged in. Three of our timeshares are at the Beachcomber around the corner.

It's a little old with various wear and tear issues, and there is no AC (so the upstairs area gets warm and requires ventilation). Did I mentioned the location? Great that it can fit so many people and the community pool was great for the kids. Also the location was excellent :)

Pros: very nice location off the beach near playground and tennis court Cons: home is older and there were many hot/cold comes. Certain areas of the home were not kids friendly such as fireplace, balcony, and stairs. Also there was no designated parking as described in the listing. We had to park in a lot and walk back. However overall I would stay there again.

Planned a family pre-thanksgiving weekend. Home was perfect in size and set up. Property managers were very responsive to every issue. We had a roof leak and they were very accessible and understanding. communication during the stay was awesome. Unfortunately the beds were so hard my husband and I had no sleep for 4 nights and our bodies were destroyed. The HVAC system was so loud, ear plugs did not help the dampen the disruption (another factor in our lack of sleep) So over all, the unit is an amazing destination- especially for summer months - the property management is great. Just bring a mattress topper;-)

Only negative is the heater was extremely loud and roared 24/7 regardless of thermostat setting. If you are sensitive to noise (as I am), would not recommend this property as sleeping was impossible for those in rooms close to heater. If you are not noise sensitive, it's a really nice property.

The house is roomy for families get together. Master bedroom downstairs is very loud when heater is on. One bedroom on second floor has a hard mattress and not very comfortable to sleep in. Linens had hair in most beds. We had to wash bedding before getting into beds. No dryer sheets available and bedding were very static. A cluster of hairs was on the wall of one bathroom. We love the location and the area but not the cleanliness of the house.

The property itself was beautiful, but for the amount I paid, I would expect that the numerous small things I encountered to have been fixed. First of the refrigerator did not work so I had to bring ice from outside to keep it cold. The freezer also smelled like someone had kept fish inside at some point. Additionally, they were two leaks from the roof that caused us to have to put pans down to catch the water dripping. A nice property, but overall I was a little disappointed in it’s condition.
