With stunning views, multiple balconies, and a private boat dock, this luxury retreat is ideal for a long family stay on the lake. Relax in the rooftop hot tub with filtered views of Lake Tahoe, unwind by the fireplace, or step out onto the deck and enjoy the beauty of the Keys.
Available for 30+ night reservations! Perfect for families who want a full season on the slopes or a summer on the water.
This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 12. It cannot host more than 10 adults, and up to 2 children under 13 years of age. This applies 24/7.
The home features spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, an upstairs and downstairs lounge, and multiple balconies with Tahoe Keys views. The upstairs balcony leads to the rooftop hot tub where you can enjoy breathtaking vistas of both the Keys and Lake Tahoe.

• We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature.
Home Essentials
• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.
Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).
Please note:
Pets: 1 dog allowed with/ pre-approval & pet fee. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays.
Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
This home does not have air conditioning.
For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
