Stayed for a long weekend in the grand villa. The room was spacious and clean. Even though it was winter there were still tons of activities in the resort. The jacuzzi was nice after a day of skiing and the balcony had a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Friendly staff that made check-in a breeze. Lots of activities for kids like pool, arcade room and scheduled activities (like making your own slime). Large pool, hot tub and saunas on site. Some cons were that there was not much of a selection in market for food. Another was that the rooms were outdated and needed a little extra cleaning particularly the vents but were accommodating and clean. Sound carries throughout the units (especially the shower and running kids).

The Hospitality was great, the amenities were good, the villa was clean and up to par. Besides a minor leaky kitchen sink that wasn't a big enough issue to have taken care of while we were there, but they would have gotten right on it, if I asked. I had such an amazing weekend with my wife! We were able to have some of our north western Mass friends visit us there while we stayed. And we were all comfortable. The Only issue I came across was the hot water didn't stay hot long enough in the townhouse building 7 door 208. Being that it was February and -7°outside was probably the reason for the hot water issue and maybe even the leaky sink... Well played Oak & Spruce, Thank you, we'll be visiting again soon!
