For the frugal yet discerning traveler, you can't beat this cozy spot. It's just across the street from public beach access, and one block from beachfront dining (Palms Cafe--decent food and drinks overlooking the beach). The street and neighborhood are peaceful and quiet, it felt like a lot of locals and families would be living there.
The casita itself is absolutely adorable and the perfect size for a group of friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with the basics, and there is a big, beautiful table that would easily sit a party of eight. That said, we took all of our meals out back on the deck. The TV's have every entertainment platform imaginable, the furniture is comfortable and modern, the beds are heavenly, and the entire house is cleaned and well-maintained.
One of our favorite features was all of the complimentary beach stuff provided by the owners. There was a beach wagon, umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a bunch of boogie boards (such fun!!)--all stuff we would have had to rent otherwise. This is a thoughtful inclusion by the owners.
