This 4th floor studio is just the place to spend your peaceful beach vacation. Just remodeled with coastal colors, you will be relaxed in no time.
Self check in is easy and with your personal code and Keyless entry. No need to keep up with keys either!
Enjoy watching the waves from the private furnished balcony facing south. The comfy queen bed & queen sofa sleeper accommodates up to 4 guests. We use good quality cotton sheets and supply plenty of towels.
Pack light and use the beach towels, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and small cooler we supply for our guests to use.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
