This newly remodeled second floor beachfront condo is the perfect getaway spot for a couple or a small family. There is an ocean view from the private 2nd floor balcony that faces south. The main bed is queen and there is a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. The Florence is right on the beach so you can come and go to the condo easily using the boardwalk. A nicely equipped kitchen has counter space and a pantry for storage. A beautifully tiled walk in shower has a hand held shower and a bench. The 50" Smart TV has a Bluray. Just bring your personal items and food because the condo has everything you need for a great time at South Padre. We have a few beach items for guests to use during their stay. Beach Supplies- Umbrella with a sand anchor, 2 beach chairs, 2 camping chairs, 2 boogie boards, a small cooler.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds. It's a little slice of heaven at a great price!

Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday and surrounding dates. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
A rental agreement is required and will be sent to you for digital signature after booking.
