The view is amazing and the bed extremely comfortable. Everything you need for the beach was provided. The host answered issues promptly. We would have stayed longer, but the condo was booked.

Location and access to beach were excellent, as was the general layout of the condo unit. There are some noted negative issues on general maintenance matters. The bathroom sink had no water pressure, the ice maker in the fridge was not working and a number of the wall outlets were not functioning.

Building easy to locate, convenient parking, overall quiet and relaxing area for our 4 night stay. Only on Saturday were there loud obnoxious people at the pool otherwise everyone around was friendly and respectful. Condo was cute and comfortable with all the basics for a great stay- comfy bed, a/c and ceiling fans, plenty towels, roomy shower, beach chairs, all kitchen necessities. Views from balcony were amazing, beach was easy to access and well maintained. Liked restricted hours that tent’s & umbrellas could be on the beach, it made sunrise views and morning walks on the beach more enjoyable. Only downside during our stay was bathroom sink didn’t work and maintenance never made it by to fix. Lots to do in area from shopping, bars, wind surfing. parasailing, dining, golf cart rentals, dolphin cruises, fishing, zipline, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little spot. The view was excellent and beach access was very convenient. We really appreciate that there were no ridiculous charges for bringing our dogs. It’s great that they have an umbrella and some beach chairs we were able to . Place could probably use a couple of extra throw blankets. If you’re planning on cooking, make sure to bring your spices oil and foil. All that’s there is salt and pepper.

Beautiful view of sunrise!

Overlooks the beach, can sit on balcony to watch sunrise (no scrambling to find a spot). The condo is nice, clean and there are reminders everywhere to keep you from incurring extra charges. Over all it was lovely! Will come back!

Nice Week at SPI

The airline canceled our flights due to bad weather, forcing us to change our stay dates. The host was very accommodating and helped us shift our stay. The location is easy to find and situated so that you can walk to a number of restaurants and shops. It is a very short drive to the nearby grocery store.The condo was immaculate, comfortable, and well-stocked with starter supplies. The refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher worked well. The view from our balcony provided spectacular sun and moonrises. Parking was easy. There were plenty of other guests, but we barely noticed them. The rooms were quiet.Our only problem was that the toilet did not work for the first 3 days. We learned there had been work on a water main the week before, and some debris must have found its way to the bathroom, partially occluding the sink and toilet supply valves. The host had trouble finding someone to fix it (understandable, as it is an island). We filled the tank using a water pitcher, and that helped things flush until the debris finally cleared and the tank started filling on its own again.The condo has a nice beach umbrella and sand anchor. The beach chairs worked fine.The condo is pet-friendly, and we were charged a pet fee despite not having one. Happily, the place was spotless, and we did not encounter any pet odors or problems.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Water main break dampened stay

Good features of property: comfortable King bed, fantastic view, well-stocked kitchen cookware, nice shower (need to update photos), easy parking, night lights, dehumidifier.Needs improvement: The day we checked in there was no water: Couldn't flush toilet, wash hands, etc. It was turned back on late afternoon until parts could be obtained. Water turned off again 5 days later. After repairs the water pressure was very low.

Beach Stay

Communication with property manager was great. As was the access in and out of the property. Beautiful view of the beach. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was very nice, had most things we needed, couch and recliner comfortable along with the balcony furniture. Would stay here again, for sure. A few things that would have made it more comfortable, kleenex, cutting board, coffee, cooking spray and some seasonall.

Great location

The apartment was very nice with a beautiful view. Easy walk to Wanna Wanna and Kelly's Pub. Communication was an issue. We arrived earlier in the day than anticipated so messaged Laura to see if we could check in early. No response so I called and got voicemail but no call back. Finally contacted Judy but she could not help us. Also had an issue with one of the remoted when we tried to get local news so texted Laura again to double check if the numbers on the instruction were service people - didn't want them to get a charge if it wasn't necessary again no response. Once these ladies learn to communicate with their clients this will be a perfect booking. The laundry room was next door so was easy to do a little before we left.

Pictures don't lie...right on the beach. Perfect for a couple. Updated bathroom/shower and kitchen. Restaurants and grocery short walk away. Easy one-site parking.
