Great for family, plenty of space

Paradise

Paradise on earth. We loved the house and SPI took great care of us. Place is really clean and the pool water was nice and warm just perfect. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I will definitely come back

Good nice place

Place was wonderful. The only problem we had was a bad storm came in knocked the fence down. I contacted maintenance they said since there was a side gate they could go through there to access the backyard . We had the front door locked. Maintenance never knocked or rang the door bell. They unlocked the door and just walked in. We didn't like that at all. Especially with having kids in the house. They did it twice.

Great spot close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dogs! Fully equipped kitchen, clean house, cute yard. Only (TINY) complaint is no soap in powder room.

Great Spot Near Beach

Our family had a wonderful time staying here for spring break. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the location was quiet with easy access to everything we needed. It was a lovely beach vacation spot!

Great location & great pool!

This is a great location and very spacious house. We really appreciated having the kitchen which was fully of all the things you would need to cook for a large group. The pool was also a great addition. We would stay here again.

This place is amazing. The rooms are very nice and cozy, heated pool, among views from the balcony areas, grill is a five star product, kitchen and living area space is great for family and friends to get together. Beach access is a huge plus as well. Highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our Ling st stay

We were impressed by the house on Ling. It was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the ammenities. We appreciated the beautiful dishes and fully stocked utinsels, baking wear etc in the kitchen. Wow what an awesome place to stay! Our relatives were quite impressed and were immediately able to relax and start vacation mode as soon as they arrived!

Beach week 2024

The house was perfect ! It's only a half block from the beach , the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the pots,pans and utensils that we needed . Very spacious, we loved the pool ! We had some minor issues but called the office and maintenance arrived within an hour . (As we were walking to the beach , there is stop signs for pedestrians and an SPI truck did not stop even though we were in the middle sod the street ) they need to pay attention to that please .

Very nice home to accommodate a big family it was nice n clean and balcony had a great view for fireworks displayed in the evenings. Everything was within walking distance. Maintenance response was great responded in a timely manner. Check in n out was made easy. Will be using SPI again. Thank you for your great customer service n accommodation.

Easy Peace

We had a quick Mommy friends escape. It was so nice to walk into a clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space available for even a larger group. Kitchen is completely stocked with supplies for cooking meals. Easy walk to the beach (Like walking down the street to your friend's house when you were little.) Great location with short walks or drive (if you prefer) to restaurants, groceries, and shops. I look forward to another trip with my family, or MAYBE just friends again;)

Mother's Day Weekend Get Away

My sons flew in from different parts of the country to spend Mother's Day get away with me at SPI. I researched diligently to find a place that could house three adult couples and one single adult and have a private pool. The house on Ling Street fit our needs perfectly. Your agency employees were very efficient and polite every time I called. Your system of easy check in and out is an added bonus. Everything on line or by text makes the process hassle free. Beautiful Relaxing Stay

This is such a lovely place! Private, well furnished, spacious and comfortable. They had everything we needed and then some. Front balconies are great for people watching and the pool area was private and relaxing. Great to have a warm pool on those cool February days. Owner is in process of updating appliances ( we got a great new fridge while we were there!) Maintenance is very quick to respond to some small requests we had. The bathtubs upstairs didn't drain well but we mainly used showers so no big deal. The only negative for us was climbing 2 flights of stairs daily, but man did we get our “steps” in!

Perfect Getaway for Two or Twelve!

We just returned from a long weekend in South Padre at this great townhome. Perfect location just a 1/2 block from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. A beautiful new bakery at the end of the block offers a great spot for a sweet treat or a breakfast goodie with coffee. The house itself is laid out well for a large group or even a couple. The first and third floors are bedrooms and baths while the 2nd floor is open concept living/dining/kitchen. Kitchen is large and well appointed. Easy to cook in the double oven or enjoy something from the grill on the deck. Lovely new pool in the fenced in backyard offers privacy and a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by fruit trees. There are decks on all 3 floors of the house and the one off the primary bedroom offers a view of the ocean. Easy to spend an extended time here with lots of storage or enjoy a quick weekend like we did. You will be glad you did.

Great Location - but problems!

Location is perfect - but that's about it. We had many issues with the property. Air conditioner went out on the last night of our stay on the upper level (where all but one bedroom is) and it was miserably hot! Management seemed unapologetic when we checked out. Linens in master bedroom were filthy when we arrived. They sent someone over to look, and they removed the soiled linens and never returned with a replacement. Again, with no apology. There were also stains on the Master bedroom rug that were quite disgusting. They failed to even address those. The main level of the house was better as far as cleanliness, but the backyard was gross! Overgrown weed/grass mix and a dilapidated fence. Could be quite nice, but totally neglected. Check-in process was slow. Management company does not focus on good customer service.

Restroom door lock

The restroom door that was lock with a digital code panel in the main bedroom restroom had a suspicious appearing digital looking what appeared to be lens...can you confirm that its only a lock and not a camera Thx
