Beautifully remodeled 2 bed/2 bath condo. Third (3rd) floor end unit, steps from the elevator and laundry room. Tile throughout, granite countertops. Unit is a 4 night minimum rental. Close proximity to the beach. Large tile patio with 2 huge patio doors give you a great view of the pool, Turtle park, and Clayton's Beach Bar fireworks. Also enjoy the Bay fireworks from front door balcony.
The space
First of all, you will have seamless check in with your own keypad code.
Our stylish condo has two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed and twin trundle bed).
The two bathrooms have lighted mirrors with defogger, walk in showers with Bluetooth connections in both bathrooms so you can enjoy your favorite music. The kitchen has granite counter tops with kitchen granite bar. Situated on the 3rd allows you to enjoy a great view of the pool and turtle park and the fireworks display. The large patio provides plenty of room to grill with still plenty of room to sit and relax. Beach accessories included. Parking is free (limit one car).
Upon your arrival, the on site manager will issue you your parking permit and show you rinse station, laundromat, etc.
