This property was such an awesome stay as you get private beach access, the area was not loud, easy and convenient parking and the condo itself was perfect! The only issue I had was the check in information was not sent under the sender address that I was told to be on the lookout for so that was a little stressful but other than that it was an excellent stay!

Nice place for a couple to stay, clean , location is good, short walk to the beach bar. - Hot tub and pool were nice and warm - Parking with the unit. Some beach stuff. Little kitchen - but had stuff. Little older building but seemed well maintained Great time - would recommend

Spectacular View

We loved our stay at SPI. We loved our rental as it was perfect for my husband and I. We absolutely loved the view. It was relaxing to watch the ocean every day. We would definitely stay here again.

I cannot rave about this place enough. Spectacular view, amazing hosts, great stay, the list goes on and on. I am in love with padre island and will be back again next summer. It is truly one of Texas’ jewels and this condo fits it perfectly.

Long relaxing weekend

The location was perfect. The condo had all of the basic kitchen amenities. Extra blankets and pillows, if needed. They also provide a few beach necessities, ie, chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. Cute, quant, and clean 1 bedroom for 2. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The location of this property couldn’t be better. Right on the beach. It is the perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen is very small but fully equipped with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Top Notch Accommodations!

Everything about this visit was perfect, from the reserved parking right by the door and the elevator to the east facing panoramic view of the gulf beach. The room was clean, attractively furnished and kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. They provided chairs, towels and an umbrella for a lazy day at the beach. It was an ideal size for two to spend a quiet weekend on the coast. Fully recommended.

Quiet oceanfront condo

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was spotless when we arrived, the owners were great communicators and very responsive. The building itself was very quiet, we never had to wait for an elevator, and most of the time we were the only ones in the pool. The condo included 2 beach chairs, 2 camping chairs, 2 boogie boards, umbrella, and tons of beach toys. Everything was great quality and saved us space when packing for the trip. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

SPI Vacay

The property was just as was advertised. The listing made me want to choose that property and we were not disappointed! The parking space was as advertised, the door and gate codes worked well and the property was clean and ready for us. The condo was well equipped for a 4-night stay with pretty much everything we needed, including for the beach.The view from the balcony was wonderful and the beach was perfect. I never had to talk to the host about anything at all. I did email just to touch base and I would have liked to have received responses to those emails, but really that was no big deal since everything worked well. It was a great week at the beach!

Perfect for couples!!

This is a great condo. Very nice appearance & layout. Bed was comfortable with a nice pass through bathroom into the dining/living area. Location is excellent with a nice private pool for the complex. Elevator so you do not need to walk up & down 4 flights of steps. Parking is nice because you have an assigned spot for 1 vehicle. My only suggestion for the owner/property management is to replace the patio furniture with updated comfortable chairs. They are not comfortable to sit in. We ended up just using our beach chairs. Not a complaint, but rather a suggestion.

Great place for price point

My 5 star rating is based on the price of unit for our stay, 11/30-12/4/2023. We have stayed in bigger, nicer condos, but not for this price. It was as advertised. Clean and well stocked with towels and beach items. Listing notes it is a bit north, away from the busier south part of island, but we are walkers, so not an issue, and we did use the free shuttle when we were feeling lazy. Everyplace is different regarding what they leave for basic cooking items, salt, pepper, oil, other spices that people have purchased and left. None of that here. If you are cooking, bring everything you would for a camping trip. Not an issue for us. The "starter kit" of consumable supplies listed on the site is accurate. We were there during slowest time of the year, so can't really comment on traffic or wait time in restaurants. There was none.

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and then some. The air conditioner kept it very comfortable. The room was spotless and the hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.
