Relaxing Beachfront Views from Oversized Balcony for the Perfect Couples Retreat

Walking into the spacious and cozy one bedroom, one bath condo awaits your views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be in awe of the views from this condo. Two large sliding doors lead you right out to your extra large balcony. This beautifully decorated condo equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a 2-night get away to a month long stay. King size mattress for the most restful nights sleep. Cable, Wi-Fi, DVD player, also provided to entertain you for those settle back days.

There is a large outdoor pool located on the South side of the 3rd floor and on the North side of the 3rd floor is an adult only hot tub.

Washers and dryers are provided on each odd level floor for our guest convenience.

Secured, covered parking garage and immediate beach access are just two features that make this resort complex one of the best and convenient.

Orange Starfish-Iverness Condos SPI

I had a great experience for my annual South Padre Island vacation. I have stayed in 6 different condos at the Iverness and this was one of the best. We always stay at these condos because their literally on the beach- no hauling your stuff a long ways. Check in was easy. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Can't wait to come back next year.

The balcony view and access to the beach are one of the best!!! And if you like nice, comfortable, quiet, clean, well appointed accommodations, this is the place. And a bonus…covered parking!

Beautiful, cozy condo with spectacular views and roomy balcony

We very much enjoyed our week long stay here. Kitchen is fully equipped for those wanting to eat/cook in. Bathroom is good size, but we needed more than two wash cloths and four towels for a weeks stay. While there was supposed to be washers and dryers located on odd numbered floors, that was not the case. All are inoperative except one washer and one dryer on the 7th floor. Bedroom was nice and comfortable. My favorite place was the balcony. It has lots of room to sit and enjoy the views, eat lunch/dinner, work, sunbath (in the morning hours), and take in the fresh air. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back.

Great size, location and VIEW!

Perfect size and location for our 30th Anniversary trip. The condo was as described and shown in pics, well decorated and stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, etc. Our favorite was the deck. The high top table and chairs had been added since the online pics and it made for a perfect view (unblocked by the railing) - morning, afternoon, or evening. Great location on the beach as well. Really enjoyed walking/running north to the point the condos and houses thinned out and it felt less busy. The condo had two beach chairs and an umbrella available, but we opted to take advantage of the rental chairs and umbrellas on the beach for 3 days, though the first day was a bit clunky since the guy wouldn't rent to us since we didn't go down until the afternoon and he had no other business and wouldn't rent to us. Sent us down the beach to the next rental area, which ended up being fine in the end. So nice to not have to lug those items back and forth to the beach. Also appreciated that the property seemed secure. Parking was in garages on bottom floors of building with gates. Access to beach was also through a gate activated only by key fob. Definitely recommend to couples seeking a great place to unwind and relax.
