Great Time

Accommodations were great, went over Xmas break with whole family of all ages. Everyone loved the property. Pool was a huge hit as well as the jacuzzi! Would definitely use this property again!

Great location

We definitely loved having a private pool and hot tub. The house is close enough to the beach that we sometimes walked. The sunset is spectacular from the end of the road. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunset colors change in the evenings. Great location. Felt safe in the neighborhood.

Nice home - listing is accurate

We stayed over NYE weekend. The home is nice and spacious. The heated pool was a big hit for the kids and the hot tub was an adult fav. The property management was excellent and super responsive. The master bath has a bidet which is very accessory. Definitely would stay again!

Family vacation

Our overall impression of the property was good. The house was beautiful and our family really enjoyed themselves! A few things that would have been beneficial would be to have more than just two large trash bags provided and dishwasher pods. These two items were not sufficient for a family of eight. We will definitely book again!

The house was beautiful, the view to the bay was spectacular! The house was clean upon arrival. The only suggestions are to take kitchen necessities such as pot holders, baking sheets, etc. They did provide travel soaps in each bathroom and several towels.

Understocked kitchen

I would rate this home 5 stars if the kitchen would have been better stocked with the proper pots and pans and mixing bowls. It's difficult to cook a meal for 9 people when you don't even have a metal baking sheet in the kitchen. The house itself is great and spacious. There is a wonderful deck off the kitchen that looks out to the bay. It's a good set up for a large group. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms which the kids can hang out and be loud without disturbing the adult rooms upstairs. The hot tub was a hit since the weather was chilly during spring break. The master bedroom has a huge closet that was amazing for storing away coolers, suite cases, etc.

House is very spacious and has a great location.Pool was perfect size. There was no hand-soap in any of the restroom, no dish soap either. Only condiments in kitchen is salt. Plenty of pool towels.

Great Property

Everything was great we travel with our family of 9. The place was spacious and the hot tub & pool were great. They had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook. There were bath & beach towels. Would stay again!

Lovely bayside home!

We loved this home! Lots of space and a great pool and backyard. Plenty of room for family and entertainment. The garage space was great for water gear, etc. We would come back!

Family & SPI

Great house and space for all (8 adults & toddler). Pool was good alternative to beach. Good selection of kitchenware, games, puzzles. But, carpet was old and stained and ac filter was very very dirty. Garage door has issues opening. It was still a good property and we would stay there again.

Can’t wait to come back ⭐️

Loved everything, especially the private pool. This home has lots of room for personal space yet cozy enough for family bonding. Vacasa responded immediately to our concerns (pool was cleaned within a couple hours), the trash bins were full when we arrived but we were informed that the dump trucks weren’t working for pick up. Our only small concern is that the ice maker didn’t work and the refrigerator cooled minimally. Overall, this home and vacation was worthy of 5 stars. We’re looking forward to our next trip back ar Gardenia house 🌸
