New Years 2020 stay

Property was nice but the Queen bed was really uncomfortable. Also the shades on the bedroom windows are lacking in blocking the lights from the hallway. Always seemed to be daylight out. Also the kitchen cooking utensils could use to be re plinished. Great location and great place if you are bring a boat.

Condo tough to rate, probably 3.5 stars fair

Enjoyed the top floor, south facing, private deck. Great location on the north end of the island where it is a little quieter but still walkable to beach and bars. Outside areas of condo complex were well maintained and manicured with beautiful pool and hot tub area as well as marina. The interior of the condo was very tired with virtually every surface either scratched, chipped, scraped, dented or peeling. Combine that with marginal cleanliness left us disappointed. Hard to tell on many of the surfaces if it was dirt or just wear and tear. It is a shame as this place has so much going for it but is lacking proper maintenance.

This was the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in on vacation. The location is amazing, not to even mention the view when you wake up! It’s absolutely beautiful. When you walk inside the home, you literally can feel and smell the cleanliness! Everything was so nice and neat. The host even had flatirons for the ladies lol! I wish i would have stayed longer than a weekend, maybe a whole week. I did not want to come back to reality. My favorite part was the spacious kitchen and the beautiful balcony that I fell asleep on 😄 you will not be disappointed this place is worth every penny!

We had a great time and made the best of it but our place wasn't very clean especially the floors so we wore shoes constantly and enjoyed our trip.

Nice trip except for hurricane hannah!

Place is okay but needs some updates. It was clean but we did have a fight with ants. Additionally, master bathroom needs new grout and rust protection. Kitchen needs new pots and utensils.

Great Relaxing Family Getaway!

This condo is so beautiful! It was impeccably clean, super cool and inviting when we entered from a long hot day of traveling. Since there are only three of us this condo is very roomy! Located on the top floor of the complex, we enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony looking out towards the bay every morning and afternoon. It is also conveniently located a short walk to the beach and various restaurants. We look forward to staying here again!

Location was good. Having the dedicated boat slip was a perfect detail we needed for our fishing trips The condo was clean, beds were fine. A.c. perfect. Cable, internet and the ability to cook for ourselves during the lockdown made utter a wonderful getaway

Overall very good place to stay. Location is perfect for beach and restaurants and shops.

Some minor annoyances. Dishwasher broke. Washing machine made a loud banging sound during cycle. Most blinds didn’t work or broke.
