「The Itty Bitty Inn was a perfect stay for my sister and me. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a very nice coffee cart, and the home was spotless. It is in a quiet location that has access to stores and restaurants within a short walk or drive. The Inn is close to a very pretty state park with opportunities for kayaking and other outdoor activities.」

「This cozy place was wonderful to stay at with family. They said it was like staying at GranMa’s house . It was centrally located to so many places we wanted to see. The grocery stores were convenient too. We will be back.」

「Property description stated air conditioning. I may have missed it but it was a window air conditioner in the bedroom which did not help in the kitchen. Also the TV was in front of the same window. Thankfully the weather was not too hot. Property did have a fan but it was just as loud as the air conditioner. Otherwise good property to stay in, We would again, The crock pot availability was nice on vacation as well, came back from a day exploring and dinner was ready.」

「Cute house across the bridge from Duluth. Perfect for our mountain biking trip. We appreciated the central air and comfy bed after a hot day of riding, and the garage was a nice bonus for safely storing our bikes. While we didn't use it, the kitchen was well-appointed. Lots of nice touches here and there. Great base camp for 1-2 couples or a small family!」

「The property was immaculate and adorable. It was very comfortable for our family while we enjoyed the Duluth-Superior area. Everything from parking to heating/cooling was clearly communicated and easy to follow. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.」

「Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. 「The house was clean and communication was wonderful. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours! As others said, the house is old and there was a slight musty. Overall, the house worked well for us and the proximity to Duluth was nice.」

「My son and daughter, and their children, ages 9, 11, 13, and 16 all had a great time at this VRBO for 5 days. There was space for everyone to be together, and space for them to do things separately or in separate groups. It is ideal for a large group. The appliances and furnishings are of high quality and we had no issues with anything.」
