“The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. The only complaint is that there……

“Me and my daughter spent a week at Evonify. The communication with the host was perfect. The appartement very clean and we had everything we needed concerning kitchen- utensils. I couldn't make the dishwasher work but handwashed the plats etc. I can recommend Evonify to other tourists if you can imagine to walk 15 min to Elizabeth station. You also have Citi Grocery nearby for food shopping. Thank you for a pleasant stay. ”

I have started loving the concept of sharing room and kitchen since the time I checked in .. looking forward to come here again and the place is beautifully located with everything within reach like Marshall’s , chilis , cvs pharmacy, train station , shop rite . “home was well laid out. queen bedroom and small bath on main level. two additional queen bedrooms and large bath second level. nice yard. bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. kitchen very well stocked. the only issue was with the neighbors dogs barking very early in morning. i realize this is not the owner's fault, but quite annoying”

“This was exactly what we wanted. Clean, low key, very nice space and it really was a one minute walk to the beach and only about an hour drive to the city. Definitely would consider booking here again next time”

“The house was clean and comfortable, the pictures were very accurate representation. The parking situation was the only downside, all parking is on the road as described in the listing, each day the road would be full of cars making it difficult to find a spot.”

“I enjoyed my stay. They went above and beyond helping me and my daughter to use public transportation and it saved money and headache. Informed us about things to do and visit. I really appreciate all the help. The place is accurately displayed and described. It is a basement nicely furnished. I am 6feet tall and only one spot was low. Clean and comfortable for the price, the jacuzzi was a nice touch! Check in was flawless. Convenient to bus stop to New York. Very close to the airport. Good……

“This home was perfect for my family. There were 9 of us and plenty of room for all. We spent time on the beautifully tiled back patio with additional family visitors and it was easy to host them. All Linens were clean and fresh and the home over all very clean. Location was great and we took multiple strolls to the beach which was nearby. The host was very responsive and greeted us to explain everything. WiFi worked great and a large screen, smart TV was installed before we arrived. This place……

“Was in town for a 40th birthday party and to visit family. The location was right in the middle of everything, the party and our relatives. Very quite very clean. One suggestion is to please have more towels and bath clothes for the guest or let the guest know before time to bring extra, other than that, it was a wonderful stay.”

“Our family (total of 6) stayed here for a few days to visit Six Flags. The house is less than 15 minutes from the park and about 20-25 minutes from many restaurants and shops and in a great neighborhood. The house was great for us! Comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of space along with extra blankets/pillows. Owners communicated promptly and check in was easy. No issues!”

“The unit is amazing in size for the area. It had all of the amenities we needed and ample space for our family. The bunk beds were a bit squeaky which did cause some sleeplessness. The building is well lit and safe with several gates and monitored. The diversity of restaurants in close proximity is limited but that was an issue for us since we were in and out of the city. Overall it was a great stay despite the usual issues of being in a condo with close neighbors.”
