“The tree house was awesome. Just as listed this is the perfect get away. Only thing is service does not reach out but the main house has wifi so If youre looking to disconnect this is the place to go. WE LOVED that there wasnt many mosquitoes even though we were next to the river. The owner is awesome and he is always down for a chat. I recommend 10/10!!”

“Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! ”

“We were three couples and three grandchildren (ages 5, 1, and 1). Our stay at Alex’s house on the lake was absolutely wonderful! The house was as described, so there were no surprises. The kitchen had everything we needed in cooking utensils, pans, dishes, etc. There were ample bath towels and bedding as well.We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed the open space (though it was necessary to keep a sharp eye on the toddlers near the stairs).
