「Cozy duplex with a big kitchen. The garage will allow for a car but not a pickup truck, but plenty of parking room outside. The Duplex is on a busy street but traffic noise was not an issue. The Duplex would not be good for people with physical handicap issues since the Duplex has a tall step to enter the entry door and has three sets of steps (5-6 steps) to access the varous levels. We had what we needed for cooking and meal prep.The bathrooms and laundry were fine. 」

「Pictures don't do this place justice ! What an amazing place. Very private on 4 acres surrounded by corn fields. Pool is so nice and clean. Really like the step out design around edges very unique. We stay all over the USA and many homes this is up at the very top. Price was great. Hosts were very responsive. 2 minutes from everything you need but feels like out in the country. Zero mosquitos as well ! Only regret is having to leave. Plenty of beds and space for big groups. 」

「The house was as "advertised" with four good sized bedrooms - 2 king, 2 Queen. The check in was super easy - the owner allowed us to check in almost four hours early, which we really appreciated!There was a full size kitchen, which we used for several meals. There was a large dining room table for enjoying meals as well. This property was centrally located, a short 12 - 15 minutes (2.8 mi) from Falls Park. We would certainly stay here again if in the area 」

「Very clean home with super comfortable beds. Nice little yard with Blackstone which was awesome for a little break from the hospital. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Check-in was a breeze and the cottage was very nice! Very clean, had everything you need to prepare meals, beds were comfy and it was nice to be able to do laundry. Abby was very good with communication and extending our stay due to unfortunate circumstances. Thank you Abby!!」

「Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood! The hot tub and back yard are very nice and relaxing. Beach towels provided. Beds are super comfortable. The house is close to groceries, event center, fairgrounds, liquor store, etc. The Uber drivers did have trouble finding it sometimes, but that's on them. We had a great weekend in Sioux Falls!」

「This home was perfect for our soccer weekend. The house was spotless and all the linens were so cozy. It’s a small space but felt like there were plenty of little extra spaces to help us store things. The layout was perfect! We had 6 guests (making up two families) and did not feel overly crowded. The hot tub and game room spaces were a huge hit with the kiddos! We will be back for sure! This is a clean and cozy rental! 」
