I decided to give it a go, thinking that it couldn’t be me, it’s not that bad as they say. IT 100% IS that bad. The sheets were stained, sandy and strands of hair. The floor was disgusting, accidentally dropped water on the floor, used a towel to clean it up and the towel was black! My son’s feet were black. “Parking is sufficient, free and no issues. The building is exceptionally clean, appears to be going through a full remodel and updating. My room has a beautiful tile floor; the furniture all appears to be new and in excellent condition. For the price this is an excellent value, however some additional work still requires completion.
