“Cape Cod girls trip 2025! Great little condo! Clean & the end unit! Ocean view from our deck & kitchen! Private beach was fantastic! Yiping Ding was great he checked in with us at arrival & departure, very nice man! We felt very safe in this area and no one touched our beach stuff which we left outside our door. The kitchen had what we needed for coffee, breakfast, and prep.On top of the location, we enjoy the presence of an outdoor shower with privacy. “The outside is very run down, the screen door is falling apart and the front door sticks so much that you can barely close it. The kitchen and bath are very dated but functional. The old refrigerator works, but the freezer needs a defrost. The deck is old and in need of a replacement, property is behind a busy parking lot, so the deck is not private. However... The Jib is very clean, there are plenty of towels& pillows-soft and firm. The shower pressure is good, indoors and outdoors. They……
