「This property was super nice and in an adorable area. Being able to have our pup was a plus, and we enjoyed walking her in the neighborhood. There are lots of conveniences nearby and it’s an easy drive to get on Highway 69. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Because I spaced an important detail, I made a last minute request of the host that she would’ve been totally fair to decline, and she was very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!」

「We stayed here because mother inlaw lives right around the corner and she had a zoo full. Was nice when the rain hit we were close enough to come back to our place and get peace from everybody else. Slept in the front room and felt like I was being peeped on all weekends with no curtains.」

「My coworker and I were in the area for work we stayed a little longer than 2 weeks and loved it. Its right by the lake so theres plenty of fishing and lake activities to do. We rented kayaks from the host and fish all over the lake. The house itself is small but very cozy. Has everything you need and more. The property is well kept we spent a lot of time in the backyard just relaxing listening to the birds chirp. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay away from the city. I...

「We rented this to spend time with family coming from out of state for our daughters graduation.This place was great for our weekend. Bob was responsive and very kind. Plenty of room, lots of activities!! The only downsides werent even the owners fault. The cleaner told him they would clean it friday before check-in (we didnt get there til after 8pm) but dirty towels and bedding were left from previous renter. 「Overall, we had a great experience staying here. The location is great, right next to Barbee Lake, also near Warsaw and Winona Lake. There is a very nice bar & grill restaurant right next door on the lake, and another restaurant in the hotel just down the road. The house was very easy to check into. There were no checkout instructions, which did make us wonder what was expected of us, so we just did our best to clean up after ourselves. Something else that we really appreciated was the game room...

「The house was in good shape and well suited for a large group. We had 10 that slept comfortably. Property manager responded promptly. Some minor misinformation on the VBRO site (likely just out of date) such as an incorrect WiFi password and sending the door code the day prior to arrival, but these were minor things that were resolved promptly with no issue. Overall an enjoyable experience and a nice setting on the lake. Some nearby gunshots in the early morning hours both days could be heard......

「Communication with Cort was wonderful! Very helpful and responsive. The house was in a great location and was close to activities in Fort Wayne and Roanoke. Beds were comfy and the house had a great family room where we played games and visited with each other for hours.」
