The host was excellent and was responsive. Property was clean and the location is good. It would have been good to have more furniture in the living room as the property hosts up to 8 people. The blinds in the room are low quality so you end up waking up as soon as it gets bright outside. Overall this place was great.

Ok but could be much better

The property was very clean, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with essential utensils. Communication with the management company was smooth, and check-in was easy. However, basic supplies like tea and coffee weren’t provided, so plan a Stop & Shop run on the way. The AC was off on arrival, which felt unnecessarily frugal and made for a poor first impression.Located on a busy suburban road, there’s nothing walkable nearby despite the presence of sidewalks. A new grill was available, but while the listing mentioned a patio and garden, there was no outdoor furniture, making the outdoor space unusable.One drawback was the lack of proper window coverings. The property had only cheap blinds, several of which were broken—including in the main living room—offering no privacy from the road.Wi-Fi was decent and kept the kids happy, but the LG TVs in the bedrooms required updates, and two didn’t work on arrival due to network issues. Though help was offered, this should have been handled pre-check-in.Safety could also be improved: we found smoke alarms with batteries hanging out, and the water furnace had loose paper inside and was left uncovered.Overall, the property is clean and functional, but small fixes in guest prep, safety, privacy, and outdoor amenities would enhance the stay. Confirm the location suits your needs, as walkability to attractions or dining is extremely limited.
