It would be nice if we were told that we would be charged $25.00 for an hour and a half to leave our car there since our room was not ready and we went to the beach. Also our room smelt like sewerage. Very unhealthy to breath..we had to buy a candle just to make due. Sorry we will never be back there and I will spread the word!

0 stars if I could — unsafe and unprofessional I stayed here for my birthday weekend and had one of the most unsafe hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff member Rammy dismissed multiple room issues (dirty floors, AC smelling like something was burning, broken fridge) and, when we changed rooms, we found filthy corners and even a green grape that wasn’t ours. The worst part: Rammy admitted he came to our door just before midnight and knocked four times to “deliver pastries” we never requested. I later began receiving iMessage and WhatsApp messages from him despite never giving him my phone number — meaning he accessed it from my reservation. I’ve never replied, yet he continues to message me, making me feel targeted and stalked. Women — especially those traveling alone or with friends — should avoid this property for safety reasons.

Stay at Parker Beach Lodge was overall average. The lodge has been modernized and the finished look nice, the upkeep to the rooms is lacking. Our room specifically was quite dirty, even for a hotel room- the bathroom being the dirtiest. The shower was quickly cleaned, leaving lots of obvious signs of prior use and there was liquid splashes of various colours all over the walls. The shower wouldn’t drain upon first use and continued several times over our stay. The room had a very strong musty old odour that hit you upon entering and came home on all of our belongings. Strangely there were also mini fridges unplugged and outside most of the rooms. Didn’t look the nicest and hazard. Also pool umbrellas laying by stairs up to our room, also a tripping hazard in the dark. Staff seemed nice enough. Convenient location and less than one min walk to a beautiful beach. Would likely stay somewhere else next time.

Stayed here before and had a much better experience. Fridges never seem to work. Tried to stay one more night and they wanted 100 bucks over what was posted online. Feels like it changed hands from the last time we came.
