Nigel was an excellent host, communicative and informative. The accommodation had everything you could possibly need, although the wifi was a bit iffy at times. Its was very peaceful and a great area for walking your dog.
A perfect little place to stay. We loved the rural location and it was also close to lots of other places to visit. It had everything you need. Would happily stay there again.
Beautiful little cottage in a stunning location,
Very friendly host, excellent communication prior to , during and after our stay.
Very friendly pub minutes away from cottage, loved the ukulele night. dog friendly too.
Would definitely stay again if in the area
Great stay again in this lovely cottage with everything you need during your stay. Bed very comfortable too which is always a bonus. Wonderful position alongside the canal, great walk for our 4 hounds. Little secure gated courtyard ideal to sit out in the sun for afternoon tea. The Folly pub is just past the boundary of the property so enjoyed a lovely meal there. You can see The Stables from the pub garden. Perfect little spot!
A really great stay in a wonderful location. Nigel is a really good host and great to talk to. Good views and pub really close.
Lovely time sitting by the canal watching the boats go by.
Property has everything needed for a comfortable time.
Highly recommend a stay at The Stables.
Two of us stayed at this lovely peaceful location. The host was very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The property has everything you need for your stay, they really have thought of everything. Would definately stay again 10 out of 10..
This was our second visit and again it didn't disappoint. It is in a beautiful, peaceful setting with a friendly host. would highly recommend and our dog loved it. A spotlessly clean cottage which is well presented
This top quality accommodation situated in a really fine location was all anyone could ask for. The host, Nigel, is a very lovely person, extremely helpful and informative.
Lovely property, ideal for staying with our dogs. Excellent location, pub literally 2 mins walk away serving good food & dog friendly
The cottage was clean , comfortable and had all the home comforts you would need, including a log burner for the wet and windy days
Nigel was an excellent host, very informative and happy to answer any questions
Will definitely stay again if in the area.
Just had two nights at this lovely property, visiting relatives who live near, didn’t want to leave, ideal for us and our dogs, and what views from the windows across the fields, just so peaceful. We are looking forward to going back again to enjoy the surroundings and especially to stay in Nigel’s cozy, clean and homely stable conversation which has everything and more that you would need to spend your time in. We couldn’t fault it.
We had the best stay. Cottage is very clean comfortable and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Location by the canal is wonderful. Excellent communication with the owner. Lovely pub and cidery all within very easy walking distance. Enjoyed it so much have already booked for our 3rd stay next year. Thank you so much.
The property had everything we needed - it had plenty of space, was very well equipped and sat in a lovely setting. Perfect for our short stay. We intend to visit again. Thank you, Nigel!
Lovely little cottage, nestled between fields and the canal with a perfect pub at the end of the drive. Very quiet and peaceful. Small courtyard so the dogs could be outside. Walks along the canal and over the fields. Would absolutely stay again. Our host was perfect!! Warmly recommended
We used the cottage as a base to travel to other places due to family commitments but when we were there it was a lovely location. Beside the canal/locks and near a country pub, that was obviously popular in the area, it has a lot going for it. we wished that we could have spent more time in the village walking around.
I really love this accommodation. It has all you could need for a short, or long stay. It is very clean and Nigel the host is very affable. Whilst morally l know l should share this location, my dark side is saying not as l want to rebook for another visit and don’t want to run the risk of missing out!
Superb location right on the canal with a pub at the bottom of the road. Bedding and towels smelt wonderful, well equipped kitchen, bathroom a good size and shower was good. Long walk on canal and over fields was lovely, weather was very kind. Hopefully we will return
Great stay location great for walks with the dogs n Warwick n Stratford Apon Avon
Nigel was very accommodating n friendly. The place was clean n comfortable, our two golden retrievers were made very welcome. The pub was close but not noisy. The post office come local shop had everything you needed. The people we met in the village were all very friendly. We will definitely go back
Idyllic location in a peaceful and tranquil setting with a canal on one side and fields on the other. Friendly host in Nigel. The cottage is clean, comfortable, well stocked with
cleaning materials and has lovely views. Even our diva of a dog was impressed.
A very warm and personal welcome from Nigel, our host. The converted stable had absolutely everything you needed to make our stay very comfortable. The underfloor heating and the log burning stove insured we were never cold. A thoroughly enjoyable stay right beside the canal lock, close to where we kept our canal boat.
