“It’s like stepping back in time. The lobby is so elegant and there’s always wonderful music playing and the duck march is something you should definitely see. I would recommend staying there. The rooms were very clean. Our room was very small, but it didn’t matter because all we did was sleep and shower there, but very clean. The beds were comfortable.”

“The "free" breakfast was a joke. Everything was prepackaged except for the waffles and the staff was not refilling anything. The ice machine on the bottom floor was empty. When we returned to our room at the end of the day, it was not cleaned, no new towels, the trash was not emptied, the bed was not maid up. When I told the man at the front desk he said they send text to ask about room cleaning but we both check our text for that day and we did NOT get any such text. We will never stay at a……
