When I checked in, I was told, "The restaurant will be open at 6," I was intrigued, since it's so rare for a hotel (one that I can afford, lol) to have its own restaurant. I had been planning to go to a grocery store and getting myself a bagged salad, but instead I decided to check out the restaurant. I chose my table, and the hostess/bartender/server (she does it all) took my drink order and then my dinner order. She was very friendly and engaging, and gave me recommendations when I asked. I ended up choosing French onion soup and a Caesar salad with salmon. Everything was great. My soup was amazing. The cheese was plentiful and melted and just mmmmmmmm... it was sooo good. Then my salad came out. I would have liked a slightly bigger piece of salmon, and a little less dressing on the salad, but it was all very good nonetheless. I ended up moving to the bar after I'd eaten, and made a few new friends. The following evening, I decided to go again. I decided to have a margarita, and Lisette offered me an apple margarita— that was different! And yummy! I ordered the Thai sweet chili wings and they were absolutely perfect. I didn't stay as long that night but it was still enjoyable.
Enough about the restaurant, lol. My room was also very nice. It had a refrigerator, and there were USB slots for charging cables built into the wall on both sides of the bed. The TV worked, but the selection was a bit slim. The bathroom had all the necessities as well. I would absolutely stay again.
