「Probably the most beautiful, most tastefully designed hotel I've ever stayed at. It was an unexpected gem, truly lovely hotel, nice staff, a few steps away from the adventure park. Nice breakfast choices, comfortable, beautiful, clean room.」

「Evening meal in the bar was good. The barman was really friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good showers. We throughly enjoyed the breakfast, and feel the place was reasonably priced. Would use again, and recommend. Thank you 」

「This place was so cute. I only stayed for one night but I wish I had stayed longer. Very clean and cute. You could tell a lot of love and care had been put into the decor. Everything felt cozy and homey. They even had coffee and cookies available in the room. And they provided a little binder full of hiking spots, restaurants, and things to do nearby which was very helpful. If I ever come through this town again o will definitely stay at Madeline’s. 」

「Total gem and worth going a bit off the beaten path. Wonderfully renovated and welcoming spaces. On a cool night there were small fires in the fireplaces in the lobby and in the restaurant. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our trip, and the included breakfast in the morning was also fabulous. Walkable little town with several historical points of interest, a Friday morning farmers market, and lots of locals at Joyces pub and bakery. We wished we had booked for more than one night. 」
