「The hospitality of the staff at this Hotel is exceptional, including the cleaning and other support services staff. Such a friendly and kind group of people. They all went above and beyond to assist me and all the other guests as far as I know, with whatever query or needs we had. They even helped with suggesting things to do with the added benefit of their local knowledge. 「Limpeza do quarto maravilhosa, comida excelente desde o café da manhã ao jantar, os drinks são muito bem feitos, mas poderiam estar inclusos na pensão completa ou um informativo sobre a não inclusão dos itens. O ambiente é ótimo com as piscinas, porém não tem muita coisa para fazer além das piscinas, poderiam ter alguns animais ou passeios na represa. Foi incrível e iríamos novamente!!!」
