I had a mishap, that was soon forgotten, because of the 1st class customer service I received from these two ladies. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and extremely clean. When the mishap, happened, I was immediately upgraded to a junior suite (which I loved), Daisy kept checking on me to make sure that the rest of my stay was superb, Alexandria as well.
