After I got there, exhausted from Jacksonville, FL driving, the front desk notified me that they do not accept pets which on the Expedia page it notes that it does allow dogs. I paid in advance, front desk told me they are not refunding my money because I made reservation through Expedia. Any help I can receive here I’ll appreciate it!”

“When we arrived at the property at 1030pm I walked by a lady outside talking loudly to someone on the phone. I didn’t think anything of it and thought she was just arguing with someone . I go to the front desk,,no one‘s there I start calling to the open door behind the front desk for someone and no response. Anyhow, another five minutes passes by and the lady that was outside. Arguing comes in and she’s the person that was running the front desk mind you. She’s still on the phone arguing with……
