「Pool hot tub broke. Said it was working when I called. My baby nephew was supposed to come to play in the pool. A/c unit outdated made SO much noise I was up all night. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on our door at 9 am. My fault I should’ve put the DND sign out. Bed was comfy. Paid a premium price for this mediocre room. 」

「It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos.」

「The rooms were out dated, and dirty , we ended up with two double beds when we asked for Queen’s they were the most uncomfortable beds we ever slept on! The bathroom shower was gross , the ground outside of the hotel was disgusting , cigarette butts and beer bottle caps everywhere along with garbage stroud everywhere, the pool was clean and we did enjoy the pool , but that was the only thing we enjoyed! The staff was friendly I will give them credit for that! They really need to renovate the...
