“This was a very clean Hotel. The lobby, breakfast area and meeting room were all very clean. The room looked newly remodeled. I don't know if they were but they were meticulously cleaned. This was an exceptional stay for us and at the price I paid it made it even better. The waffle maker at breakfast made an awesome waffle! Thank You Havenpointe Inn for making us feel so welcome!

I was very impressed by how fast they came to my room and took care of my needs. A+. Also, the room was Very clean. Great housekeeping. The only complaint I had was the vending machines kept my money and they were not working. Another guest on the floor had the same issue. I ended up walking across the street to a gas station for snacks and a drink. I would not advise……

“The room was dirty, there was dried dog poop on the floor when checking in the staff told us to check the pluming because they had issues in that room earlier, like that’s your job before I get there to double check the pluming not mine.”
