"Fantastic boutique type hotel . Perfectly positioned . End of the street was the beaches , trams buses to go either back into Athens or down the stunning coast to the lake or peninsula and at the other end was trams and a mirage of restaurants and bars The hotel has a lovely relaxing pool area and an outside shady space fully serviced with a nice menu . The rooms are kept immaculate . The service from all departments second to none . I highly recommend this hotel"

"I had a very pleasant 4-night solo stay at the Poseidon Hotel which is either new or recently renovated. My standard room did not have a sea view but was fresh and clean and had a tiny balcony. The bathroom was spotless and there was an abundant supply of hot water with good pressure in the shower. Tea and coffee and a complimentary water were provided. The breakfast is outstanding - everything you could possible want - and the breakfast area is large and light with plenty of tables. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and patiently allowed me to practice my very basic Greek on them. If I have one small criticism it is that the restaurant offers almost no Greek food. I can get hamburgers and pizza and pastas anywhere; it would be nice to have a Greek menu!"

"Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer au premier étage était dispendieuse et la vue était surtout sur un radiateur et le toit du rez-de-chaussée. Il y avait des odeurs dans la chambre. La propreté laissait grandement à désirer. De plus, le personnel de maintenance discutait devant notre chambre à partir de 7h30/8h00, alors que nous étions couchés avec notre jeune bébé, ce qui nous a réveillés. Leurs sacs à poubelles ont été laissés devant notre porte (pour nettoyer l'étage?), durant toute la matinée et nous devions les contourner lorsque nous sortions de la chambre. Le personnel du restaurant était sympathique et serviable, mais la réceptionniste, bien qu'elle ait répondu à nos demandes, n'était pas du tout amicale. Une chance que nous n'y étions que pour une nuit. Nous n'y retournerons pas et ne recommandons pas."

"Terrible Marriott and way over priced. Food was awful and along with drinks way over priced. A two minute walk to Restaurant Rodia where the food and drinks were very good and at very reasonable prices, highly recommended."

"I had a wonderful stay at Golden Sun Hotel and truly cannot praise the staff enough. Despite my baggage being delayed for most of my stay, the team made me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. A very special thank you to Tatiana, Khalid, and all the reception team for their kindness, support, and professionalism. They always went the extra mile to help with anything I needed, always with genuine smiles on their faces. I honestly cannot describe how helpful and caring they were throughout my stay. Their warm attitude turned a stressful situation into a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk from the main restaurants and cafes, and just 1 minute from the train station, which made everything very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, well maintained, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of choices every morning. Thank you again to the entire team for such amazing hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
