"Great"

"It's an older hotel and the rooms have that feel you know it needs to be updated but it's clean for what it can be. Paid extra for a garden view but window overlooked the pool which was not pretty but fun for my son to watch people I guess. Check in desk wasn't overly friendly, but staff in the restaurants, bar, and the princess were all really nice. Shuttle is a huge plus and parking lot is secure with some shade. Overall, would definitely recommend a stay for someone on a budget who still wants to stay somewhere a little more special. Gardens are well cared for, the fish and ducks added appeal, and my son loved the princess. "

"Wifi is not free, parking is not free, confusing check-in, no clarity where to park and check-in. Seems very sophisticated for elite people, but"

"The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. I appreciated the different breakfast options each day, as I was there for a few days. "

"Just a plane room with a very small fridge, nothing else ahh forgot, two bottles of water but you had to pay for them and they were not cheap."
