「Excelente servicio 」

「The staff were incredible! Special shoutout to Nahuel, who graciously received us after 11pm. He gave us several options for where we could stay. I stayed in a nice, spacious room with a queen bed and a larger bathroom across the hallway. My parents stayed upstairs in the bunk beds, with two bathrooms available. Nahuel prepared breakfast and coffee for us in the morning. It was excellent! He and I became friends by the end of our stay. The rest of the staff were in and out throughout our time...

「Very comfortable and big double bed and quiet although central so go a really good night's sleep. Helpful personnel.」

「The hotel is an old German house, the owners keep a nice vintage decoration, local sculptures, is a very friendly and beauty place to stay in Puerto Varas. This was our second time in this beautiful hotel. The breakfast are great, in the Chilean South tradition. 」

「The doors were closed when we arrived and there was no signs or anything that you had to go around (they don't think?). Lucky the bar in the same building guided me to the other entrance. Same thing regarding elevators to rooms and elevators to parking, NO SIGNS. The worst is the parking garage, dark, no SIGNs at all. You see "Salida" but not arrow on what direction. We almost crash head on with another car that was going down the ramp when we were going up the ramp. We waste so much time trying...
