"Friendly staff. Centrally located in the heart of the city. Although on-site parking is listed, there are limited 7 spots, and we end up having to park on the street."

"Modern, clean and well-maintained hotel. For Americans, comparable to an above-average Hilton Hampton Inn. Each member of the staff we dealt with was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. One morning, they prepared a take-away box breakfast for our 6 a.m. departure. We did not dine in their restaurant. However, we enjoyed several excellent cocktails made by Marta, their delightful bartender whose company we enjoyed. Spent two nights, and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"A wonderful stay at a top notch location. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and staff provided us a beautiful tray of desserts. The location is near shopping, harbor and quiet area with many restaurants nearby. Suggest taking local bus to flybus when coming from KEF airport. But, very walkable to all other highlights"

"Room floor all scratches and not very clean, desk chair seat gone sitting on the frame. Desk rocking, They upgraded to a large room with nice view they say! But to my point of view this room located on second floor has a view on the parking lot and boulevard. Construction going on and a hammer machine was knocking all Day!"

"This place is just ok. We stayed here on an overnight layover. Expedia said there was an airport shuttle, which is why I booked there. The shuttle only goes BACK to the airport; a cab to the hotel cost us $53. Desk staff was lukewarm, not friendly when we arrived. Then when I asked about making a reservation to go to airport in the morning, she said I had to scan the QR and do it and pay on line. When quizzed, she finally admitted she could do it. It took her literally 30 seconds, although she was cranky about it. Room was fine, but had certain oddities. There was a coffee pot and hot water heater. They were, however, not plugged in and nowhere near an outlet. You had to clear the opposite side of the counter of your belongings and then carry a tray of stuff to the other side of the room to plug it in. (Why not just put the flipping thing near the plug????). The only tea option was an awful herbal mix—no regular black or green tea. Bed and bathroom were fine. But I wouldn’t stay there again."
