"Friendly staff on check in. There was a problem with the room and Josiah Gwee was excellent in dealing with the problem. Very much appreciated the complimentary dinner in the Allore restaurant as an apology. All good. I would stay at the Crowne Plaza again. "

"Great spot, ideally located by metro and taxi for Marina Bay Sands and expo Center and close for Clarke and Boat Quay along with Chinatown. A wide variety of eateries including a super Korean BBQ in Suntec city. Room was sizeable, clean and very comfy bed. Had access to the executive lounge which is definitely worth the extra. A solid place to work along with a chef at breakfast for eggs/omelettes and not forgetting evening cocktails at 6 with amazing views over the city. Think I found my base finally in Singapore after multiple visits"

"Fabulous hotel, would definitely stay again. They are extremely welcoming to children- providing a goody bag on arrival which went down very well. Very modern rooms. Kids club facilities are excellent and immaculate. My daughter loved the pirate ship splash pad. Very helpful staff. A bit of a walk from the MRT but it wasn’t a problem as very easy to get taxis. "
