「The room appeared to be clean, the air-conditioning system appeared to be very old. The room needed some serious maintenance. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. There were holders in the bathroom that were holding nothing that could be taken down if there’s nothing to hold anymore, there were only a half a dozen Kleenexes in the box and no extra, and it did not fit into the Kleenex holder in the cabinet in the bathroom. I arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon, 30 minutes before their check-in time, which is usually no problem for other hotels, it's difficult to plan your trip where you're driving all day and arrive right at check-in time.
