「The freezer was missing a door. The hallway smelled of urine and animals. The people above us were loud very late and throughout the night. Could hear everything thing they said so there must not be much insulation. Breakfast was gone when we got there at 7:30, one yogurt and some old oranges for the 3 of us.」
