This house sits just a few steps from the shores of Puget Sound in Port Orchard, allowing you to kayak, paddleboard, or even swim in the cool waters with ease. For the golf enthusiast, Village Greens Golf Course is only four miles west. If you're looking to dine out, Everybody's American Cookhouse & Sports Theater is three miles west, offering classic American foods with a sports bar atmosphere, and Olalla Vineyard & Winery is just seven miles south, featuring live music every Friday night.

Back at the house, you'll be greeted by both a spacious interior and a vast outdoor space. The expansive deck and backyard, coupled with the beautiful watery vista, make it perfect for capturing momentous life celebrations like weddings. Utilize the modern kitchen to craft culinary masterpieces for guests as they lounge in the large living spaces. Engage in some friendly competition at the multi-game table, which provides hours of indoor entertainment.

That's not to say this home isn't great for smaller groups though! You'll relish tranquil evenings when you can grab a book and a cup of coffee as you sit outside on the deck to watch the ships come and go. The beach is also nearby for scenic strolls.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
