This hotel made me check-in after 5pm. I never had such experience before. Even the Ibis does a better job at accomodating guests. I had stayed at the Radisson Frankfurt and the service was excellent. Here at the Radisson Spa during breakfast they told me they could not make poached eggs. Very disappointing service, poor customer service from reception desk. I would not recommend the hotel.

Jammer genoeg was er net kerstmarkt op het plein voor het hotel, waar de muziek zeer luid en tot in de vroege uurtjes onze nachtrust verstoorde.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel, and as usual the facilities were good, although the check in experience was disappointing as we had to wait over 90 minutes after the check in time for our room to be ready.
It appeared this was because new TVs were being fitted to the rooms, but there did not seem to be any priority given to getting the rooms ready for those people who were trying to check inn.
