Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house or at the front of the property.
Please respect neighbours with young families around.

No extra guests, all guests must be on the reservation for insurance policy.
No shoes in carpeted rooms.
No charging of electric vehicles at the house, charging available at the BP Station 3 minutes drive.
For safety No electric scooters at the house.
One small / medium size dog very welcome.
The rear garden is secure & fenced, please clean up after your dog from garden.
Front garden and hallway is a shared space for building, please respect neighbours.
Please do not disconnect or turn off plugs for security cameras.
For the security of guests & the flat there are 3 security cameras facing outside with motion detection, located in the lounge facing front garden, kitchen facing rear garden, entrance facing hallway in line with Vrbo policy.
Check out is before 10am on day of departure, have a good trip to your next destination or home.
