Plus there are tons of great spots to hang out and you’ll even have your very own movie room. You’ll definitely leave this quiet retreat feeling refreshed and calm!



The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Head through the beautiful gated entryway and up the long drive to check out your temporary home. Situated on a huge 10-acre lot, it provides tons of green space, gorgeous scenery, a creek, and a pond. This home is a true ranch that embodies country living and delivers a cottage-like getaway. Inside, wood paneling provides a warm and rustic vibe. You’ll have loads of space and plenty of great spots to hang out. The furniture and décor have a traditional style which adds tons of character to the space.



You’ll have a huge open concept living area as soon as you enter. The rustic and traditional front room offers a great spot where you can bask in the warmth of the fireplace while enjoying the serene views from the large windows. You will also have a second living room that is inviting and cozy. It’s another great spot to gather as a group to hang out and make memories. Plus, you’ll love having a separate movie room furnished with comfy seats that you can sink back in and enjoy a great film!



No movie-watching experience is complete without popcorn and you can pop some in your fully-equipped kitchen. This kitchen is spacious and offer lots of room to comfortably move around as you cook up your own fresh meals. You’ll have a huge island right in the middle that provides loads of counter space. Enjoy your meals around the grand table in the formal dining room.



When it’s time to get some rest after a fun-filled day, you’ll have access to 5 spacious bedrooms (one of them being considered the movie room with a sofa that opens to a queen size bed). They continue the traditional style of the rest of the home with a few modern twists. The main suite has a desk and a lovely sitting area. You’ll also have 4 clean and good-sized bathrooms.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

Your vacation home will be located in Celina, a countryside area outside of the DFW area that embodies ranch-style living. You’ll be located 45 minutes from DFW Airport and within an hour of downtown Dallas, which offers many amazing and well-known attractions.



Closer to home, you’ll have access to many recreational activities just 35 minutes away at Ray Roberts Lake State Park, including Jordan Branch Park, Isle du Bois State Park, and the Ray Roberts Greenbelt, which is a 20 mile multi-use trail stretching from Lake Ray Roberts to Lake Lewisville. You’ll get to witness stunning views and sunsets. The activity options here are endless, including camping, biking, hiking, horse-back riding, swimming at the beaches, fishing, and photography.



The Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch is 30 minutes away, offering the opportunity to experience rare, endangered, and exotic wildlife species. The picturesque 126-acre ranch facility offers private tours, a walk-through petting zoo, outdoor dining areas, and a snack bar. Sharkarosa is home to more than 180 animals, including such unique species as alpacas, emus, lemurs, bears, kangaroos, bearded dragons, and much more!



Eden Hill Winery and Vineyard is just a 10-minute drive away. The Bridges Golf Club is just 20 minutes away. A surprising hidden gem just 25 minutes away is THE LAGOON at Windsong Ranch, with clear Caribbean-like water and sandy beaches. Set amongst the natural beauty of Windsong Ranch, it provides a wide variety of activities both in and out of the water.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.







★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.







★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Thank you kindly.







★ Barn ★



Our barn is available however we do not keep any horses on site at the moment.







★ ENTERTAINMENT★



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.







★ CINEMA ROOM ★



Please note that our cinema room perfectly functions as a bedroom, equipped it with a plush, queen-size sofa bed. And for those multitaskers, you can now sleep and have your movie too!







★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
