「My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. 「Excellent service and communication with the owner. Very clean and was ready for our stay. Would definitely recommend.」

「The chicken coop was just what we all needed while on our fishing trip. The inside has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable, the WiFi was great to keep the teens connected. The outside area is very relaxing and the covered porch was great as we had a lot of rain during our visit. The host were very responsive and all the extras they do for you is amazing. 「The property was lovely. There were extra towels and very well stocked kitchen supplies. My only complaint was the overwhelming odor after someone used the fireplace. I wish there was something to neutralize the smokey odor. Also it would be nice to have a tv in the bedrooms. At least a tv in the master bedroom. I would stay here again. 」

「My family and I loved this property! We enjoyed walking around the woods and exploring. The house was well equipped and was really charming. We also loved sightseeing around the near by towns. Definitely a place to come back to stay again. 」

「We had a quick stay to celebrate a family baby shower and the house was perfect for us. Perfectly clean and quiet, enough space to have other family over for snacks and hangout while we decided what to do. So clean and very comfortable. I may have missed this in the house instructions but note that there were no paper towels and 2 trash bags for our stay (BYO if you need them)」

「This is our second time around, and we loved it just as much. The place feels isolated and welcoming, cosy yet large enough to breathe and relax. Accord is also lovely, with plenty of restaurants and little antiques stores to keep us busy. This time around it rained most of the time, so no hiking for us, but the hot tub made up for that ;) 」

「My wife and I absolutely loved staying at this yurt. The lodging had all the modern amenities and was spotless upon arrival. Was very close to some good hiking (including some nice wild trails at your doorstep) and also an easy drive to Kingston. Would highly recommend. 」
