“Accidentally double booked this property and was not even informed at Check in that I had two rooms under my name paid. Was given the room for the bonvoy reservation I made only. One would assume since I gave them my name they’d have mentioned I had two rooms booked. Only realized this mistake when I received this email from Expedia for a review of the property.
